Quotes from the vendor:

"Over the last seven years we have enjoyed lots walks in the many green spaces all around us, especially Oxleas Woods and having this benefit while only a 15-minute journey to Blackheath, Kidbrooke, Eltham and Woolwich means this is a great spot to get the best of both worlds."

"We have taken great care of our flat and we have just had it decorated throughout and so would be prefect for hassle free living."
